14. Definitions
• Children means natural persons under the age of 18 years.
• Data Controller (EU) / Responsible Party (RSA) means a public or private body or any other person which, alone or in conjunction with others, determines the purpose of and means for processing Personal Data.
• Data Processor/ Operator means an entity that handles Personal Data as instructed by a Data Controller (our Clients).
